Tap the save icon in the top-right corner of any doodle screen. The first time you save, the app will ask for permission to access your photos - tap Allow. Your doodle is saved directly to your device's photo library.
Go back to the home screen, tap any locked doodle, and on the unlock screen tap Restore Purchases. This reconnects your existing purchase to the app. If it still doesn't work, make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
Kid Mode locks the app so children cannot exit or switch to other apps without entering a PIN. It's a premium feature. To set it up, tap the settings icon on the home screen and follow the prompts to create a PIN and enable Kid Mode.
Triple-tap the bottom-left corner of any screen while Kid Mode is active. A PIN entry dialog will appear. Enter your PIN to access the settings screen.
PINs are stored securely on your device and cannot be recovered. To reset Kid Mode, delete and reinstall the app. Your premium purchase is stored with Apple and can be restored afterwards using the Restore Purchases button on the unlock screen.
Scroll the tool bar at the bottom of the Free Draw screen to see all seven brushes: Pen, Fill, Spray, Chalk, Neon, Glitter, and Rainbow. Tap any tool to select it. The Neon and Rainbow brushes cycle through colors automatically - the color picker applies to Pen, Spray, Chalk, and Glitter.
Tap near the tip of any actively growing vine to stop its growth.
Try closing the app fully and reopening it. If the problem continues, please contact us with a description of what happened and which doodle you were in when it occurred.
If your question isn't answered above, we'd love to hear from you. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
